Project Description
Ormiston Medical Centre is located directly across the road from the Ormiston Town Centre.
The three-storey facility comprises a mix of medical offerings including Ophthalmology (Auckland Eye) incl operating theatre, General Practitioners (East Health Trust), Physio (TBI Health), Radiology (The Radiology Group), Pharmacy (Ormiston Pharmacy), Dentist (Smile Dental), Health NZ consulting, common areas facilities and common meeting rooms.
Orb Role
On behalf of Medispace, Orb Project Management has been engaged to provide full Project Management and Quantity Surveying services including Cost Planning, Tendering, Value Management, Procurement Management and Contract Administration.
