DAN ANDERSON

DIRECTOR

Experience across both the public and private sectors, working on all sizes of projects, has helped Dan to develop a balanced approach that achieves positive outcomes for the clients he works with. Pre-contract is an area where Orb can provide the most influence to a project. Dan has particular strength in the commercial sector of Project Management including Procurement, Engineer to the Contract, and managing consultant teams through early stage design which draws on years of construction experience. The ability to zoom into detail areas and then back out to overview the entire project allows Dan to recommend specific project structures and procurement pathways to set up your project for success. 

Dan established Orb Property Consultants in 2019 to provide bespoke Project Management services. At Orb we believe that understanding client requirements and project drivers are critical to achieving results.

Our service provides a streamlined and efficient project delivery for our clients.

Tom’s mission is to bring success to his clients, associates and the communities he works within.

During his 20 year career in the Construction industry, Tom prides himself on delivering quality, professional Project Management Services, regardless of the size or scope of the construction project. Tom’s reputation is built on the solid foundations of a robust and proven project management history, providing clients with the strongest levels of control, governance, and transparency.

Drawing on the vast knowledge, expertise and experience gained from project management in diverse sectors and construction projects all over the world, Tom prides himself on finding innovative and creative solutions.

His skills at managing out risk and inefficiencies and driving projects forward to deliver real value are the essential elements that make his services the ones your construction project needs.

Tom provides strong and decisive leadership at all stages of the construction project, from inception and briefing, through design, planning, procurement and construction to completion and post-contract care.

He works collaboratively with clients, consultants, contractors and supply chains, facilitating a team ethos where each member of the project team contributes to the best possible solutions.
