Project Description
Specialist health property development company Medispace has partnered with Mackersy Property to design and construct a medical centre in Alexandra. The facility will provide healthcare over two levels on Tarbert St in central Alexandra.
This healthcare offering aims to be a combination of General Practitioners, Accident and Medical, Pharmacy and Physio. Previously a Shell Service Station and mechanics workshop, this brownfield site has required detailed investigations and including extensive environmental monitoring to repurpose the land.
