Project Description
The proposed development is headed by Comfort Group, Australasia’s biggest bedding and foam maker that manufactures the Sleepyhead brand and other products, and its property arm Ambury Properties.
Sleepyhead intend to build a new facility at Ohinewai in the Waikato region creating almost 70,000sqm of industrial manufacturing facilities.
The proposed facility will be extended across the land forming part of the existing holding and will provide an additional foam manufacturing facility for stage 1, with stage 2 comprising of a new bed and pillow manufacturing building of more than 52,000sqm.
