ROLE OF A
TENANT COORDINATOR
ORB manages all aspects of tenancy coordination.
From the initial lease negotiation, design review through to the tenant fit-out, ensuring that the tenant is open for trade in accordance with the Agreement for Lease.
We also manage and coordinate the tenant’s fit-outs and provide robust support for their legal or leasing teams.
