Project Description
Specialist health property development company Medispace has partnered with Dilworth Trust Board to design and construct a high-end Medical Facility.
109 Remuera Rd will provide a premium 3 level and 2 basement carpark healthcare facility in an area known as ‘Medical Mile’, one of Auckland’s premium specialist healthcare locations.
This healthcare offering will be a combination of preventative medicine, radiology services, cancer treatment, day stay surgery and fertility treatment.
The facility will be operated by three different Medical-Healthcare providers, each occupying their own floor levels comprising of approximately 1,400m2 per floor plate.
